Residental Property Maintenance
We conduct our business in Oakville and Mississauga, carrying out grounds maintenance to our residential clients. We have contracts in place for up scale homes that require special attention to their properties. ( ie. lawn & garden maintenance, extensive annual / perennial plantings, several garden enhancements and or general landscaping projects.)
Our maintenance package contains services that we feel are most important in keeping your property looking beautiful. If you want to enjoy your landscape to its full potential, then having manicured lawns and gardens are critical.
Although we have a large list of services, customizing is what we do. We will sit down and find out what your property needs and build it from there.
Our maintenance contracts run 35 weeks and commence April 1st and finish November 30th each year.
Spring & Fall Maintenance
- Power raking/ sweeping / de-thatching
- Blowing/collection of leaves weekly
- Spring / winter debris removal to planting beds/turf areas
- Pruning damaged branches/shrubs
- Garden/flower bed prepping; cleaning & turning soils
- Fertilizing ( trees, shrubs, plants and grass)
- Open and close irrigation system
Summer Maintenance
- Lawn cutting/ trimming / blowing
- Full flower bed weeding / edging / cultivating
- Bi-weekly tree and shrub pruning/ trimming
- 4 installments of fertilizer ( lawn and flowering plants)
- Perennial maintenance
- 3 weed control treatments
- Free service calls and advice
